ABOUT US

We believe there is one true, all powerful, all knowing, ever present

loving God.  He has always existed in three Persons:  the Father,

the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  He created everything according to

His own will and design.

Mankind, His crowning creation, disobeyed God and so took upon

himself the penalty of his sin which is death.  Because of His great

love for mankind, God sent His only begotten Son Jesus into the world.

Jesus Christ was born of a virgin named Mary.  He lived a sinless life

of grace, truth, and humility.  He proved His divinity by working many

wonders and miracles of kindness.  He proved His humanity by

dying on a Roman cross for the sins of all mankind.  After three days

in the grave, Jesus rose from the dead demonstrating His power over

death to more than three hundred eyewitnesses. He commissioned

His disciples to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to everyone. 

Then He ascended into heaven to prepare a beautiful place for them.

The Gospel is the “Good News” that all who believe and personally

accept by faith, the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ as the only way

to take away their sin are saved from the curse of sin, which is death

and receive God’s gift of eternal life in heaven.

God sent the Holy Spirit to comfort and teach His people in the way

of salvation.  He has come to shed light on His Word and to lead us

into all truth.  The fruit of love, joy, and peace will be seen in the lives

of those who walk by the Spirit of God.

Jesus promised to return to the earth and gather all believers, both

living and dead, and take us to live with Him forever, serving in His

kingdom eternally, for the glory of God.  He is now preparing a place

for all believers in heaven.
